The vehicle came to a stop upon impact. The air bags were deployed. The vehicle was towed to a junk yard. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed. The contact was seated in the passenger seat while her husband was seated in the driver seat. No individuals outside of the vehicle were reported to be injured. My husband was turning left from one highway to another highway when a car who was trying to pass multiple vehicles behind us hit us on drivers side as we were turning causing my 2021 Jeep to be pushed completely off the road and into a ditch where we hit a large pole/electrical pole. We hit the pole so hard that it moved it. Our air bags did not deploy at all. I got a notification on my Jeep app stating that there was airbag failure. My husband and my body were shook pretty bad from the incident and could have been seriously injured due to the impact. Our Jeep was towed to the body shop and they stated the gentleman working there told my husband that our airbags should have deployed.
Air bags never deployed when I was struck by a vehicle going 55 mph.
In front collision seatbelt did not properly lock from shoulder attachment, causing driver to smack their face on the steering wheel. Also, airbags did not deploy.
Had an auto accident was going between 30-40 miles and the airbag did not deploy. I hit my breast and abdomen against the wheel and have multiple bruises and bruised ribs. I feel that if the airbag would have worked properly I would not have these types of injuries.
Clutch and Clutch pressure plate caused substantial heat damage to vehicle. See attached letter from State of Vermont Office of the Attorney General
The Air Conditioner in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler with 15K miles caused two anaphylactic reactions to mold. On Wednesday May 31, 2023, immediately upon starting the Jeep engine and the AC fan starting I had a severe allergic reaction while driving that resulted in me having to pull over and administer my EPI pen and use my inhaler. At the time my soft top was off as were the windows and doors. On Sunday, June 1st, the next time I got into my Jeep to drive the same thing happened. This time the doors/windows and soft top were attached. The the only constant variables to the allergic reactions were my Jeep and running the air conditioning. Today ran my Jeep engine in my driveway (it is currently 83 degrees in St. Louis) and ran the air conditioner for 30 minutes and there was NO fluid under the Jeep from condensation from the AC running. I believe the AC condensate line is clogged, and that there is mold on the AC evaporator, both causing my entire AC system and entire vehicle to be contaminated with mold causing both my anaphylactic reactions. The mold allergy is life threatening to me. The mold is also life threatening to the general public if I am driving and unable to maintain control of the vehicle due to anaphylaxis caused by the mold in the vehicle and AC system. The risk I would need to assume, if I choose to drive the Jeep again is unacceptable - and I will not take that risk. Additionally, I will not cause or assume liability for any harm caused to the public that results from an anaphylactic reaction of increasing severity to mold while driving the Jeep, which would likely temporarily incapacitate me and render me unable to control the Jeep. I will not drive my Jeep until both issues have been repaired and the Jeep has had a mold inspection and appropriate mold remediation. The Jeep dealership cannot service the Jeep for over 30 days rendering me without a car.

Unknown Our 2021 Jeep Wrangler caught fire in our garage destroying our home as well. The vehicle had been sitting for over 10 hours before suddenly catching fire. When I open the garage door, the engine compartment was completely engulfed in flame. I used four fire extinguishers that I had at my house and workshop trying to put out the fire. Then I had to wait for the fire department. When the fire department got there, they fought the flames and opened up the rest of the house because this fire has spread through the attic of the garage by that time. Then they also had a towing company come and pull the vehicle from the garage so that they could continue fighting the flames. We feel there had to be a manufactured defect to cause such a situation.
Driving on the highway smoke came from under the hood in the right hand side forcing my family out on the highway keep ingulfed in flames and burnt to a crisp
